Stables Cottage

Accommodates 4 (plus 1 extra person by arrangement), 

The Stables is a granite stone cottage in a secluded woodland valley setting. It is set back a little from the river and has its own private garden with cobbled paths and steps leading down to a mill leat.

Toddlers and young children will need careful supervision due to the close proximity of water

Inside is a kitchen-diner with slate flagstones, handmade wooden kitchen units, dishwasher, and an unusual slate sink. There is an electric cooker, fridge freezer and walk-in larder.

The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. We provide bed linen, tea towels and hand towels please bring your own bath/ beach towels.

We do not have equipment to receive television signals. There is a DVD player for your use, and we have a selection of DVDs which can be borrowed free of charge.

Stithians village is 1 mile, with a shop, post office and pub. There are watersports facilities at the nearby  Stithians reservoir. Organic welcome tray with home-made biscuits, complimentary organic fruit bowl for visitors staying a week.

Rates: High season £580 low season £300. Part weeks also available.
